Premium residential estates generally maintain a bi-annual or quarterly schedule.

We offer flexible after-hours, early-morning, and weekend scheduling to ensure zero disruption to your business operations or corporate tenants.

For large-scale strata schemes or multi-tenant commercial complexes, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance so we can conduct a complimentary site assessment, submit fixed tenders, and align schedules. Urgent requests or post-construction handovers can often be accommodated faster.

Our pure-water fed pole systems allow us to safely and effectively clean exterior glass through light rain. Because our process removes the organic dirt that rain normally clings to, the windows remain pristine. In the event of severe weather or high winds that compromise site safety, our coordinator will contact you immediately to reschedule.

Pricing, Tenders & Payments

Commercial, strata, and industrial park projects are priced via custom fixed quotes following a physical or detailed remote site assessment. For our residential clients, premium baseline rates start from $290 for luxury apartments, $420 for single-storey homes, and $590 for 2+ storey premium residences.

We accept corporate bank transfers (EFT), major credit cards, and cash.

Absolutely. A compliant, formal corporate tax invoice showing our ABN (69 224 414 901) and line-item breakdowns will be issued immediately upon completion of the project or according to your corporate account terms.

Site Preparation & Scope of Work

Our standard commercial service includes pristine detailing of the glass (exterior, interior, or both), complete wiping down of external window frames, and the clearing of dirt or cobwebs from external sills.

Yes. We service standard flyscreens, perimeter glass pool fencing, and architectural glass balustrades. For multi-storey strata buildings, we may coordinate with residents to have interior-facing flyscreens unclipped internally for thorough access. Deep track, runner, and screen washing can be bundled as an optional extra.

For external-only cleans utilising our ground-based reach systems, property managers do not need to be present as long as perimeter access gates are unlocked. For internal offices or interior residential strata access, a designated contact person must be present to grant entry.

This allows our technicians to safely scrub and rinse high-access glass directly from ground level using 100% purified water for a spotless, mineral-free finish.

Yes. We are fully compliant with modern safety protocols. We generate and submit site-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), risk assessments, and insurance certificates directly to property managers and body corporate committees prior to stepping onto the property.

Specialty Commercial Services

Yes. We provide specialized glass restoration services to treat and significantly reduce severe hard-water staining, mineral scale buildup, and sprinkler bore-water damage. Please request this during your initial site assessment.

Yes. We execute comprehensive post-construction glass cleans, utilising professional techniques to safely remove concrete splatter, paint flecks, silicone, and heavy builder's dust without scratching premium commercial glazing. This is quoted strictly on application (POA).
